These terms apply to all quotations, orders and sales made by MDNR Resources (“we”, “us”) through mdnrresources.com or by email, phone or WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Quotations and orders
Prices shown online are indicative. Bulk orders are confirmed by a written quotation, which is valid for the period stated on it. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing.
2. Regulated and hazardous chemicals
Some products are controlled or hazardous under Malaysian and international law. For these products the buyer must provide any required licences, permits or end-use declarations before we can supply. We may refuse or cancel any order where required documentation is not provided or where we have concerns about the intended use.
3. Payment
Payment terms are stated on the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before dispatch.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Delivery terms (for example EXW, FOB or CIF) are set out in the quotation. Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed delivery terms. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes and permits in the destination country unless agreed otherwise.
5. Product information and safe handling
Specifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request. The buyer is responsible for storing, handling and using products safely and in line with the SDS and applicable law.
6. Claims and returns
Any claim for shortage, damage or non-conformity must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos or documents. Chemicals cannot be returned once they have left our control, except where a product is proven not to meet the agreed specification.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
